We enjoyed the delicious meals and the traditional music at the campfire. the camel ride to the camp was a highlight, with our guide Mohammed providing an informative and enjoyable experience. the desert tour we booked was also fantastic, taking us to interesting places like a Nomad family, a traditional village, and an oasis. we had a great time at Golden Camp.

The camp provided spacious and clean tents with comfortable beds, as well as clean bathrooms inside. the location was great, allowing easy access to the beautiful desert surroundings for sunrise and sunset experiences. the staff were friendly and organized enjoyable activities, such as a camel ride and a romantic dinner with tasty food and a music show.
The camp felt overcrowded and lacked a personal touch, with the staff seeming somewhat annoyed by the daily routine. the camp was not situated in the actual dunes but rather near several other camps, which took a 30-minute walk to reach for a perfect sunrise.

Staying at the camp was the highlight of our trip. The hosts were organized and helpful, taking us on a beautiful camel ride through the desert to a little oasis in the dunes. The camp exceeded our expectations with wonderful food, entertainment, and authentic decor. The hosts were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Definitely the most gracious hosts and the most authentic camp.
Nothing at all. 👍

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay at Golden Camp. the camp guides were always helpful and the host was exceptional. the food was delicious and plentiful, and the bottles of water provided were a nice touch. the Berber music and dances in the evenings were a wonderful cultural experience. the luxury rooms in the desert were worth every penny, and the carpets were cleaned multiple times a day to ensure they stayed clean. the camel guide even took amazing photos of us during the sunset.
Our experience at Golden Camp was truly unique and felt very special. There was nothing to complain about.

The desert location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset over the dunes. The spacious and clean tents were a pleasant surprise, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable.
The number of other guests at the camp, which made it feel a bit crowded and less personalized. the location was not right in the dunes, requiring a 30-minute walk to reach the perfect sunrise spot.

I had an amazing time at this camp! the staff, especially the two Hassans, were incredibly genuine and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was the best possible experience. the included breakfast and dinner were excellent, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy without needing to book in advance. I particularly recommend the day tour, which allowed me to visit a nomad settlement, oasis, fossils, flamingo lake. the views along the way were stunning. renting quads and experiencing the sunset from the dunes was a highlight. The spacious tents and the experience of traveling by camel added to the overall charm of the stay. Cons: Not obvious to find. 📍.
